never tried, syntha 6 is similar-ish in that it is slow release

Its ok. One of the few balance products thats alright but I go for syntha 6 purely on taste and mixability :grin:

im on it now, mixes crap, tastes poo (though i mix with water). wouldnt buy again, would just buy casein instead if i wanted the same effects..

I use Dymatize 12 hour last thing at night, I had the chocolate one which was OK but I now have the fudge brownie one and I think it tastes better:

I got mine at moes in Auckland 2.2lbs for $55
