props to hauraki homebrew

hey just liek to share an experience - no i dont work for hauraki homebrew or have any affiliation with them whatsoever.

last time i got a mate to pick up a kg of maltodextrin and dextrose from their north shore store for me - i live in east akl anyway that was quickly used in me and friends Post workout shakes (70g per shake) so i thought id order some more.

i ordered on their wbsite 10kgs total (5 each) and gave my details etc - i get a email the next day confirming and saying shipping is just $3.80 for 10kgs WOW. and also that if i buy more than 38.00 (my total was 36) that shipping was free. i was like sweet - make it 6kg of each and il see it on my door soon hopefully.

just really impressed and wanted to sahre this - especially since ppl always ask where to buy. And also considering that the homebrew store cant actually be making that much $ on it (at least compared to buying $100+ for 3kgs of protien the lenghths they go to for a sale.

Ever try using that dextrose as per the CEF protocol?

"If you drink a soft drink, you get an insulin spike and then a drop, then a glucogon spike then an insulin spike and it is all quite bad really. You turn into a tubby mother Fo.

I have heard that to maximise the effect take aminos Arg-Pyr/Lys and glutamine along with Glycine

that's very intriguing, but how safe is this prolonged elevation in insulin levels?
