Use dumbells only for a while.

One side should be stronger, i.e. you're left side and the right side should be lagging. Work to even out the strenghts by using a weight for the stronger side which the weaker side struggles on.

cool thanks for the advice man, i use on a good day 38kg dumbbells, so should i drop the left side down to 36kg ? and should i do that for incline and decline as well or just flat?

theres not that much you can do about it IMO,generally the left side is always a bit bigger than the right, i was told its due to it being closer to the heart but not sure how true it is.I suspect it also has something to do with the position of the shoulders being different from left to right. My left side is also a bit fuller than the right and i do plently of D/B work too.The strange thing is the rights definatly stronger while D/B pressing although a bit smaller so go figure.I guess arm and shoulder strength come into play with dumbells alot also.

My right bicep is bigger then my left, I have done some reading up about how to make them even. You should still do the same weights both sides but just do an extra set on the smaller side. I have been doing this for my biceps and it seems to be working. So therefore using the DBs as reccommended before and doing an extra set should be OK.

This won't help at all but I can recall a study where they only trained one arm, the other arm grew a bit as well  not as much, but it did grow

Remember the simpsons episode where Homer pumps up one arm, ends up really strong and becomes an arm wrestler ? (the other stays skinny).
