The art of losing fat with minimal loss of muscle is a delicate balancing act between calories in, calories out, training and cardio. BCAA's are not good value for money. Protein powder is a much better bet financially as it contains BCAA's in abundance.

The usual diet consists of dropping calories below maintenance level for a certain period of time. From here it gets complicated because everyone has their own diet depending on their body type and what works for them.

Generally though the principle is to lower carbs and increase protein and keep training heavy.

If you ask for a specific diet ,you will get many different replies but it should be specifically designed for your bodytype and metabolism and your food preferences.
