Anyway, I hope you realize that these so called "Christian Holidays" (Easter / Christmas) are not the actual days that the events occured. Rather, they are pagan (Roman) festivals that seem to be re-classified as "Christian" holidays upon the adoption of Christianity by the Roman Empire.

So when you say God and Christian Holidays just remember that you are in fact celebrating a historic event on the day of an ancient pagan festival.

That is completely irrelevant. It is what you are celebrating that is significant, not what used to happen on that day. Thats like saying we shouldn't celebrate somebodies birthday anymore because it falls on Labour day.
