Targeting the handles..??

just wanting members suggestions, seems my luv handles and abs insulation are the most stubborn fat stores to budge - even though im on a bulk atm, id like to know what exercises(if any) hit the handles area? i do deads, havent done any cardio for months but am about to reintroduce a bit if jogging, so that should help.

Suggestions?

There's no way to reduce fat from specific areas, unfortunately.

I'm in a similar position in that I've had a "gut" of sorts my entire life, so even at under 9.5% BF, I have veins popping out everywhere but still maintain a bit of a gut.

So yeah... liposuction, heh.

How about geting that bf down to say 7%?

Darkam did write about using Clen or a beta agonist for spot reduction of antipoise tissue in a calorie deficient diet & in conjunction with morning cardio sessions. I guess Albuterol may be effective as well. However it is a complicated method using a multi syringe (mesotheraphy) although it can be done probably with multiple injections using a slin pin. I dont know anyone that has tried this but in theory it might stack up for those in particular going into a competition where there were small areas that needed localised treatment.
