HOWDY, MY NAMES JOHN AND I'VE BEEN GOING IN AND OUT OF GYMS FOR ONLY GOD KNOWS HOW LONG. I LIVE IN THE BAY OF PLENTY JUST OUTTA KAWERAU. MY GOAL WHEN I VISIT THE GYM IS SIMPLY TO MAINTAIN OR DROP MY WEIGHT. I'VE BEEN ASKED BY SEVERAL PEOPLE TO TRY COMPETING BUT THE SACRIFICES I HAVE TO MAKE TO MY LIFESTYLE SEEM TOO MUCH FOR ME. I DON'T THINK I'M THE ONLY BODY CONSCIOUS PERSON WHO THINKS LIKE THIS OUT THERE. I'M 40 YRS OLD NOW BUT MAYBE I'LL GIVE IT GO IN THE NEAR FUTURE. LOOK OUT FOR JOHN KINGI ON YOUR LOCAL PODIUM.FAR-JOHN.K.

Hi and welcome post your stats meaning your diet,height,weight how manys a weeke that you train etc.

Hey bro, I'm about 1.78cm tall,95kg and my diet-well, it's whatevers in the fridge or cubboard really.I try to get to the gym about 3 times a week.Depends on my shifts really.12 hour days at work drain me so sometimes it's 3 or even less.I have a few weights at home so if my days off work collide with the weekends, I have to do my best with what's at home.
