hey guys im going to start on some creatine

http://www.nutratech.co.nz/creatine-1kg-p-111.html

Week 1: Loading (20g/day)

Weeks 2-5: Maintenance (10g/day)

Weeks 6-8: Off (no creatine)

Repeat Cycle

now i no that 5g is a serving so i was just wondering for the 1st week that will be 4 drinks a day so is it ok to add this into your protein drink or would it be best to have it in a drink on its own?

When I have it, I mix it into effervescent glutamine.

I don't vouch for this necessarily being a good idea as I don't really know. It does mean it gets fired into the muscles with the sugar hit from the effervescent glutamine though. :?:

post workout i have 50g dex+ tin of paenapple, then after that a mass gain shake with a scoop of whey. i usuallly just add my crea mono to this shake, it has carbs in it...

I'm not expert, but isn't that a hell of a lot of simples?

Personally I used .5g per kg of BW for PWO sugar, I've read in some places 1g per Kg is good, so could go up to 80g, but how much sugar is in your can of pineapple?!

they give you 75g of dextrose when they test your blood sugar levels for diabetes, at least that's what they medicated my wife with when they tested her for gestational diabetes. so i assume that's more than enough to cause a sufficient insulin spike.

not too sure on the sug content of the paenapple, i take it for the fructose, restores liver glycogen. used to use banana, but i already get 2 a day.. but yea tis a big spike!

Dude unless you're an endurance athlete and have been training for several hours you shouldn't have to worry about trying to restore your liver glycogen. You want to restore your muscle glycogen after weight training, not your liver. Loading up on lots of fructose after weight training is just going to make you fat. Fructose doesn't cause a decent enough insulin spike and does nothing for your muscles. Use simple sugars, preferably dextrose, and perhaps some maltodextrin, which will restore your muscle glycogen first - any excess will then be used to restore liver glycogen, and any excess from that will then be stored as fat. Fructose goes straight to the liver and then to fat, completely bypassing the muscles, not what you want straight after training.

I have no idea what the sugar content of PAENAPPLE is either, but the sugar content of PINEAPPLE is 12 g per 100 g... check out this link:

No it doesn't... everybody needs the same amount :stupid:

Of course it's weight dependent, or at least lean mass dependent - a 60kg noob doesn't need the same amount as a 120kg bodybuilder, however it's easier for the supps companies just to recommend that everyone uses the same amount. The volume and regularity of training would also dictate your requirement to some extent however I'm not aware of any research or info about that.

Dosing instructions by bodyweight (care of Creapure):

Depending on body weight, the following values can be used: 0.3 g Creapure® per kg body weight per day during the loading phase and 0.03 g Creapure® per kg body weight per day during the maintenance phase. Alternatively, a lower dose over a longer period (3 g a day for 28 days) can produce the same levels in creatine in muscles. Taking larger amounts of Creapure® for more than 5 days does not result in significantly higher creatine levels, so is unnecessary.

they are both very similar fruits, the one you don't know has more reddish leaves and contains three grams of sugar per 100Gr more than pineapples.

It is also higher in vitamin C. A paenapple can grow up to twice as big as pineapple.

Reddish paenapples = huge muscle growth

Muscletech bought two farms in the Philippines just to grow these for a new University tested breakthrough muscle building Pina Colada

I think you must mean the new Paena-Colada-Tech Hard-Core? The worlds first VasoTesticular Mass Acummulation Expansion Formula, containing Nano-Dispersed, Vacuum Packed, Freeze Dried PaenApple Extract. I think I've seen Jay Cutler looking quite intelligent standing next to a scientist in a white lab coat reading some research about that in the latest Muscle Mag.

Jay says "this new generation Paena-Colada-Tech Hard-Core is a huge advancement on the now rendered useless first generation product."

It's next to the multi coloured bar graph that clearly shows Paena-Colada-Tech Hard-Core will add 2.75 inches to your arms regardless of age, gender or body weight.

Freeze dried AND vacuum packed, I think you must show a pro card to be able to buy these.
