yea i best start cooking them then.

i was just walking home from the gym thinking of other meals i could have

can of tuna on 2 - 3 bits of vogals bread + banana

i have a few others but i cant really be bothered writing them down at the moment im a bit sore, but i have a question on eggs.

is it best to just cook the egg white or would it be better to have the whole thing

Your bulking, yeah? Eat the whole thing! Stop trying to make things harder for your self. Protein in cooked eggs is also more bioavailable.

Well ... You wrote that you dieting. If it for fat loss, you may be better off

not having 5 potatoes before going to sleep. You should move those carbs

to earlier in the day. You could diverse on your vegetables a little. The 4 pm protein drink? Any carb in there? How about a pice of fruit with it.... Helps you stay alkaline :pfft: What time do you usually train at?

Just a few thoughts... Good luck.

your body can't digest raw egg white very well at all and you would likely end up with a good dose of shits not too mention the chance of salmonella!

brocolli, asparagus, spinach are some other possible veges about a cup per serve. can buy these frozen free flow or in the case of the spinach already divided into servings. if you have time brocolli can bought fresh and blanched before freezing into in dividual portions.

i work shifts so always looking for convenient ways of doing things.

try kumara/sweet potato for a carb option it tastes good and is slower to digest than white potato which is fast to digest and causes a quicker rise in insulin, good for post workout meal when you need it quick though.
