Hey LA Muscle - is your ZMA the original patented ZMA from SNAC systems that has been used in all the published studies performed by BALCO labs? - reason I ask is that I thought all the studies that had shown ZMA (Zinc, Magnesium, and Vit B6) to be effective used 10.5mg of Vit B6 while yours only has 3mg, and the ZMA by SNAC systems uses Zinc Monomethionine & Zinc Aspartate - whereas yours only seems to contain Zinc Monomethionine.

Correct me if I'm wrong but your statement above about it containing the correct dosages as shown in scientific tests to significantly increase Testosterone levels might be a little bit incorrect given the above, or are you referencing other scientific studies?

I guess your not actually marketing this as ZMA anyway - more just a similar sounding sort of a product that should have similar effects as it has similar ingredients - differences that most consumers won't notice anyway.

Come on mate, what ever happened to free speech here? What's wrong with a little question and answer? I'd say that educated opinion and legitimate discussion is quite an essential component of Bodybuilding, which can help some brothers just as much as marketing hype, and cheap supplements.

I could say ignorance is bliss - and at half price, ignorance is twice as nice.

Sorry but much of the sports nutrition industry is founded on half truths, and so I try to educate myself on a product or brand before shelling out my hard earned cash - I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with this product - I just wanted to know why it differs to the majority of other ZMA supplements on the market.

With the way supplements evolve there is always new research coming out and new products being released, so I just wanted to broaden my own knowledge as much as anyone else's.

I here ya Flex. I too have been using supplements for years and spent 1000;s of $$$$. So I understand were your coming from.

L.A Muscle ZMAX is original, its not copied from anyone. I am aware of the study conducted by BALCO Labs, and you are correct their studies show ZMA (Zinc, Magnesium, and Vit B6) to be effective used 10.5mg of Vit B6. There are more studies out there. Stating that supplementing with 30mg of Zinc and 450mg of Magnesium per day alone can elevate testosterone levels up to 30%! Which I'll dig up for you, but just to touch on the B6 issue, As I understand it the RDA - Recommended Dietary Allowance of nutritional elements. For Vit B6, Male adult is 2mg this has a small part to play in the dosages in most of L.A Muscle products. We try to make our supplements as safe as possible for consumers to use ongoing without side effects.

As for Zinc, Some company's choose to use Zinc Monomethionine some use Zinc Aspartate or both. We, like many others have chosen to go with Zinc Monomethionine.

Its tuff out there mate. There are so many supplement

company's around most are good some are just out to rip you off and take your money. Those ones don't last long, as people try them and don't get results. Thus never use that company again. Bottom line is if the product gets you results, then everyone wins. People can say what they like about L.A Muscle, but at the end of the day our products work. Hey bro if you wont I'll even through in a tub of Vit B6 for ya, so you can top your B6 up.

I have, and do use just about all the L.A supplements, but there is one I haven't tryed myself and therefore can not give you my personal opinion. This Eat and Cheat. I say this Not because I don't rate it quit the opposite. Its because I don't ever cheat. (sad I know) My best mates wife on the other hand swears by this stuff. She has a cheat meal once a day and takes Eat and Cheat 30min prior to the meal. With all the cheat meals she has, she hasn't put on any extra weight.
