Bro no matter how hard you think it is for you to gain naturally now I swear all you need to do to see the scales move is eat more.

I was similar to you when I was younger, I was always the smallest kid in class, and my whole family is the same.

When I first stepped into a gym at almost 18yo I was 58kg (5'10"), after a year of solid training and good diet I was 78kg. I plateued for a while but eventually realised that all I needed was to eat more, I already thought I ate heaps and my mates constantly took the piss and told me I had worms.

But I kept eating more so that I gained at least 500g a week, I accepted that I was gonna have to add some fat to also add muscle.

I've since done several natural bulking and cutting cycles and last march reached my heaviest of 93kg @~15% fat.

I dwarf the rest of my family now, you'd be forgiven for thinking I belong to the milk man.

You really need several years of training and dieting to know how your body responds to different things. And if you don't know how to get the best out of your body naturally you certainly won't get the best out of gear.

I highly recommend you check out http://www.scivation.com for info on diet and training, those guys are all natural and frickin huge, worked for me.

Taken from a basic google search.......The use of some steroids can possibly stunt the growth potential of people who have not finished growing. It is probable that the premature closure of the epiphysial cartilage, which is most likely caused by aromatizable steroids, will lead to a possible growth inhibiting effect, and could ultimately result in a shorter adult height.

Test aromatises alot, forget about it till your 21.

Oxandralone is your best bet if you decide to forgo the advice of others here and still cycle.

well over the last year or 2 ive been strugling with money as ive had lots of bills etc and i havnt been able to afford to buy $100 food a week. But now im all sorted and like i said im going to put my all into it as im taking it really seriously. and im going to write my own meal plan but 1st im going to research alot.

And im pretty sure i said i no that gear is not magic did i not?

sometimes eating lots and clean would be cheaper than the crap you have been eating

crap burgers and shit

man go to the supermarket with your 100 dollars a week and buy brown rice and a sack of potatoes and oatmeal.get chicken breasts on special as well.

cook up pots of brown rice and bake potatoes to take to work with you instead of that cafetaria crap.

like nato says you need to nail your diet and training first before considering roids.but its your choice in the end
