yea and thats somthing im going to sort out before i start my cycle, im gunna write myself a strick eating program with some research.

but id still like to do a cycle just to give it a try and see what happens. if i dont like it i dont have to do another 1.

You should do a trial run of your cycle diet. Go ten weeks eating like you would if you were using. Just dont want you to waste your time if you dont do it right. Because to be honest your diet is a shocker mate :doh: Im really surprised you are only 66kg eating like that, would have thought more like 80kg, you must do quite a bit of running around?

To get the most from this forum you should start a journal and log your daily diet and gym activity. You will get feedback as your progress

BTW have you given up smoking for good yet? :smoke:

who said im not going to the gym, im benching 6x 100kg now and i think thats pretty good for my size and weight, my diet may not be up 2 scratch at the moment but when it comes down to it when i start my cycle ill do every thing right. you guys may not belive me but im really serious about this ae

and yes im stil smoking but only like 4 a day. to be honest im not worried what anyone thinks about me because i no in my mind that ill do whatever it takes to do it right. Im acually really serious about this and ive put alot of thourght and research into it. i dont want to be just another one of thoes guys who says they wanna go on gear and bulk up and havnt done any research or nothing, i want to put 120% into it. im sick of being the small guy, it sucks. most of you may laugh and think, aw yea just another guy saying he thinks he knowes what hes talking about and thinks gears the only way. well for me i feel it is. i may not have the perfect diet and i may smoke but im wellling to change all of that for this cycle. Im not just going to start roids and think that its magic and that its going to bulk me up. I no what i have to do and i no that i want it bad enough that i will do everything i can to do it right.

say that i dont no anything and that i shouldnt do it.

But at the end of the day its my decision and its what i want to do. flame me if you want but im going to do it and im going to make the most of it.

Dont get me wrong ive taken every little bit of advice from you guys and i appreciate it. But at the end of the day i guess im not as lucky as alot of you and i cant gain weight like the rest of you no matter what i eat. So its what i want to do and its what im going to do.

today.... i ate...

9am: tin of chop chop, cups of oats with milk, banana, 2 eggs with 2 slices of wholemeal bread

10:gym

11:2 scoops bsn cellmass, followed 5 mins later by protein

11:30: 200g chicken, cup of rice, cup of green veges

2:200g steak 4 medium potatoes cup of veges

your not growing because of your diet.....

No meals after 2pm mate? :pfft:

I think you could put on 20kgs to 30kgs before you even think about gear, I'm a bit of a newbie myself, but I bet if you just eat 6-8eggs for breakfast, plus chicken an steak for the rest of your 5 meals, with a few shakes thrown in, you'll grow hard an fast. Just try that for three months. The only carbs you should have are rice, oatmeal, and potatoes, with every meal, steak an white rice in large amounts are the king of mass building imo.

I started out eating like you, gained a few kgs like you, then learnt how to eat properly, an blew up like you will if you eat like the above.

Also easy on the drink or avoid it all together if you can.

Your bench for your weight is very impressive, you obviously don't play around at the gym, just sort the eating, an try an eat more then what feels comfortable especially post work out .

Do the gear post 20-30kgs. Good luck man.

If you can't grow with out gear you will not grow with it!!

You got no idear!!! gear is far from magic...... and thats what you would need to grow on what you eating!

Get some help with your diet, don't wright it yourself

I know too many people that do a course and get nothing from it and end up smaller when they come off then they were before they went on.

i absolutly agree when people say its not magic THERE NOT LYING, mate ive just finished my first cycle of test e 500mg a week + 250deca an i didnt nail my diet an only gained 7 kgs (not all muscle either) at first i thought the gear was rubbish but it was totally my diet!

i had the big misconception (and im sure a lot of first time users do to) that i could just train hard and the gear would do the rest. ive had great success with bulking naturally in the past an i was 60kg 3 an a bit years ago! your wasting time and money to go on cycle if you havent been able to achieve size naturally; and you wont maintain the mass afterwards if you havent changed your approach to eating. it shouldnt be taken lightly mate but good luck either way!

3 meals a day is enough isnt it ? :pfft:

and subz looks like your minds made up. you should start a journal when you start the gear including your training and diet to keep yourself honest and make sure you get the most out of it .

well over the last year or 2 ive been strugling with money as ive had lots of bills etc and i havnt been able to afford to buy $100 food a week. But now im all sorted and like i said im going to put my all into it as im taking it really seriously. and im going to write my own meal plan but 1st im going to research alot.

And im pretty sure i said i no that gear is not magic did i not?

id say i could grow. my dads about 5foot7 or 8 and weighs aroung 85kg mostley muscle. he recons when he hit 20s he started piling on the weight

Does that put it in perspective then? You dont want to stunt your natural growth so just keep hard at it and wait till after your early 20s before you start using if you choose to go down that path

yea this is somthing id like to no for sure.

so if i did start a cycle that means if i could grow to say 5,10 if i was lucky by the time i was 21 i wouldnt be able 2?

grow as in your 66 now and if your old mans anything to go buy you should hit the 80mark some where in your 20s but if you were to go on cycle now before your fully grown studies would suggest your body will not grow to your genetic potential and you wont getbany taller. you can however make gains after you have used but i have read gains can be slower after the use of gear

I don't think that's the case, however I think their kind of like an ace card, the more you've grown naturally when you take them, the better the results. Taking roids at 66kg would be suicide in terms of reaching your potential. Steroids should be for big people wanting to became huge people imo.
