Enanthate cycle

Hey guys im going to start a 10 week cycle on Enanthate.

Im just going to use the 1 compound in this cycle to see what happens.

for all thoes who are experienced please put your input in.

so from week 1 - 10 im going to be doing 400mg a week

ive read that it could be a good idea to do 500mg a week what do you guys think?

so if i was to do 400 mg a week i would do .8ml x2 a week and for 500 it would be 1ml x2 a week yes?

please tell me what you guys think and if i should add in any other compounds along the line and your experiences with them

I haven't acually got the gear yet but ill most likley be ordering in some next week. i think ill be geting Test En 200mg so it'd be 1mlx2 a week.

and for the pct ill be geting onto that soon, im not sure what type i should get just yet, id like to get nolva if theres any available

Also i am 5 foot 7 and around 66kg, ive done a few online bodyfat tests and it ranges from 7-9% bodyfat

so you are looking at going on the gear and now you ask is 400mg or 500mg is better per week and now you are nor sure what pct to use and if it's available. Mate before you do anything it,s better to get all you need before you start. And have you sat down with someone that know's about gear to go over what would be good and if anything goes wrong you can go and see them to see what you need to do. Also with the Test E do you know the source that you are getting it from???

As Mr Roids said get you PCT before you start!

Have you used anything before? If you haven't............ then just start with 200mg a week. You will get results :D and next time you can up it to 400mg.

AND.......... the most inportant thing, Do you know what you are getting!? There is so much crap out there its not funny :( Get it from some one you trust and that has used it.

Read everthing you can find on test. Knowlege is power! the more you know the more results you will get!

yea im pretty sure i no what im doing been doing lots of research, but im still learning more everyday. And im not going to start untill i have everything i need infront of me, the roids, pct, eating and training plan ect. As i want to get the most out of the cycle and not stuff it up.

Im still researching them and dont plan to start for atleast another month.

I have a few options of where to get some test e from through this site but i can't say i no them real well.

and yes i think its wise to start off with a small dose like 200mg - 300mg a week as i've been reading up on possible side effects.

Has anyone pct through out their cycle and would this be a good idea?

well i mean i gone from 60 to 66 in 2 years, at the moment i just eat whatever i want whenever i want, but i do eat alot

and i no im gonna get flamed for this but 18 almost 19

I have gone on diets before without much success.

it seems no matter what i eat and how much of it i cant gain weight

ok, could you please post up an average daily diet then, just what you would eat on an average day

yea ive toned up alot tho, but havent gained any mass.

and i dont no what to say about my diet, i heat 4-5 decent meals a day, usally they are clean meals like meat and veges, sumtimes have the odd feed of takeaways. i eat porridge every morning.

i work out at the freezing works on nightshift so i usally buy my food from the canteen out there stuff like bacon and egg slices and burgers which have chicken tomato egg lettuce.

but heres a average day

wake up 12 - 1pm

porridge

4pm - baked beans on toast

7pm - bacon and egg slice

9:30pm - burger ( tomato lettuce egg cheese chicken)

11:45pm - couple of sandwichs usally with lettuce tomato cheese

2am i get home and eat watever was for tea, could be anything but is usally meat and veges

But once i start my cycle im going to premake my lunches to take out there stuff like rice with mixed veges and chicken, tuna etc

are you afraid to post diet up because you know its shit ? just post up what your eating and the times and portion sizes

eg.

12pm: a cup or rice and can of baked beans

i edited my last post with it, as you can proberly tell its not the best but i do eat alot. thats just what i had yesterday

ok , your not growing because your diet is shit, dont mean to sound harsh but it really is.... lots of processed foods, not enough protein, shit carb sources

id say i could get past there without them as i have natural growing to do. but even after my natural growing i dont think id even be 80kg. might post up some pictures tomorrow to let you guys see my shape.

Edit: and yea i gues it is pretty shit, but when i say meat and veges its like 6 potatoes a cup of mixed veges and a big arse steak.

yea you should do that, and your not eating a lot, your eating f*ck all really.

e.g.

today.... i ate...

9am: tin of chop chop, cups of oats with milk, banana, 2 eggs with 2 slices of wholemeal bread

10:gym

11:2 scoops bsn cellmass, followed 5 mins later by protein

11:30: 200g chicken, cup of rice, cup of green veges

2:200g steak 4 medium potatoes cup of veges

your not growing because of your diet.....
