Good personal trainer in christchurch??

Recommended Posts

Mike Debenham would be a good bet, he,s a former Mr MZ and pro IFBB Professional.

Which gym are you looking at training at?

On a side note: Buffanz, Have you personally used Warren's services and experienced bad results? or is that others have said?

Personally if it were my PT business that was getting discredited, i'd always rather have people try my services before they mention potentially damaging comments like that just so they can make an informed comment about how good/poor their PT experiences and results were.

Thanks Matrix for the your suggestion of my services in Ch Ch.

I must strongly advice however that i DO NOT under any circumstances give advice to my clients on the use of Drugs.

I need to clear up my previous posting.

I suggest a PT like Mike D with extensive BBuilding experience or someone similar would be a good bet to see regarding BBuilding TRAINING and the demands of BBuilding competing and dieting( both physical and mental) as they have walked the walk.

Many (not all) PT's have not competed or ever plan to compete so IMO an experienced competitor who also has the theoretical knowledge of physiology and nutrition etc and the practical in the trenches training experience is the best of both worlds.

I DID NOT imply that Mike D or any other top BBuilder would be a trainer to see regarding advice on using anything suspect, infact I miss read that line in Thatwaslights posting, for that i am sorry if any negative implication was inferred.

Merely if you want to be the best, sometimes its good to learn from the best and Mike D is one of the best BBuilders in NZ and a PT with an excellent reputation and resume in Christchurch.

Hey Nick.

the main thing is you dont have to use a PT every week, i have a lot of clients i catch up with once every 5 or 6 weeks, generally these are people with some experence. I end up more the mentor/consutant rather than a regualr PT. If you want a bit more of a chat PM me

This is what I do. I see Mark Anderson about every 4-5 weeks just to keep myself on track ;), and as Mike says, he acts more like a mentor than anything else.

I certainly would prefer my PT's to have "been there, done that". Hoping to move to ChCh next year so probably give you a call then Mike :)
