Boxing for cardio

Well i cant bare boring cardio machines (bikes and treadmills) and walking the streets bores me stupid.. These things have been the biggest obstale to my fat loss..

SO.... ive joined a boxing gym and am planing on doing 2 or 3 classes a week that consist of bag work, pad work, skipping, running, situps for an hour each session.

Has anyone else done much boxing style cardio??

Do you think boxing will effect chest size much?

Boxing is great for cardio and for getting lean. if you are trying to bulk up id keep it around 2 sessions per week.

If you are a competitive BBer like biggurl said drop it out a month out. purly so you dont injure yourself as it is very balistic. Id box reliously once a week if i had time and $$

i reckon your not gunna lose to much size as long as ya diets good and ya dont become a cardio nut...

shane camerons friggn huge and he would be boxing daily

yea but shane more of a mesomorf and can aford the excess cardio.

im a eco/weaner-morf :oops: :roll:
