Another newbie joins the forum. Hoping to use the forum to get some motivation to get back into training and do another comp. Talk to some of you soon over the forum.

Hey! So you have competed in the past? What class do you compete in? How long ago? Current stats?

I completed in 2003 in the novice physique class, and lost motivation after that. Have made a couple of attempts over the years to get back into it but am now wanting to another comp next year in the Figure class. Not sure what my stats are at mo - all a little to scary just after xmas to think about.
