quad dosnt hurt at all, i can tell iv injected if i press on it but nothing bad.

probably because the doms in my calve muscles are distracting me :x

this whole weeks been shit, crap sleeping, weak as f*ck, feel all sweaty, and doms for nearly every bodypart iv trained, only thing thats been good is my diet.... cant wait for the test to help out....

will post todays training later on.....

oh one question should i run 20mg ed nolvadex throughout the cycle to keep sides at bay or whats peoples opinions on this ?

Never used it myself - no gyno and extra cash in my wallet. :wink:

i would have the nolva on hand but only take if you you start to get symptoms. Talk has been to say it may inhibit gains. so just see how you go.

as for the sleep. try REM sleep or similar, natural relax can get OTC from a chemist. if that still doesnt work tell your dr. you cant sleep and get some meletonin. not a sleeping pill but induces sleep. (i wouldnt say anything about gear :) )

or 5htp and st john wart are good my partner uses them with success

bro im keen to do another aye... ive learnt alot from my first one and things i'll do better for my second.. esp worrying about eating nice and clean next time it will be as clean as possible while tasting good so i can eat more.

but to really answer your question ASAP doing alot of cardio and clean eating at the mo.. get a nice clean canvas and start from their :)

could be 3 months away at a guess
