no spotter, but dbs only went up to 40's :doh:

db flys

machine flys

4 sets

major pain in left arm, maybe sore tendon or tennis elbow i dunno but it fucken hurts took 3 panadols and still needed 3-4min rests between the db presses left arm was sooo weak and sore :cry: so rest of the workout was lightweight but high reps.

your body can only metabolise (sp: dont no if its correct word :doh: :D ) 2 panadol per 4 hours, rest gets stored in liver, excess in 24 hours can cause liver failure

I'm not saying that you should take more than the recommended does of any drug, but I doubt having one extra is going to kill him. As for the protein thing the numbers people put on it is a joke, how could they possibly know...

its based on a factor of time it takes to run through your stomach and upper intestine / consistancy / compound .... heaps of variables. What is known for sure is excess will store as fat as it does with carbs and other intake fats.

General rule of thumb is 40 - 55g per serve / 3-4 hour between or broken down further in size and timing.

As stated, a little extra is always good, especially on cycle :nod: :)

yea been eating lots today, every 2 hours.

having a rest day arm feeling a little better but still sore was sposed to be arms 2day hmmm

roll on legs 2mo!!

also trynna find a program to chop photos gonna take some more this week....

gonna start doing sumo deadlifts, anyone else do these, how do you find them ? ss ?

form was really tight tonight, weight was minimal but got an amazing pump in legs - the kind that makes you want to yell/bash something/cry coz it hurts so much. so alll good :twisted:

I think it would be counter productive to hit the legs twice a week been natural, mine take 4-5 days to repair. I guess yours would be ready for another work out after like 2-3 days? :twisted:

yep pretty much, sometimes they dont even hurt the next day even if iv hit them really hard but then other days they still hurt a bit but yea.... recoverys a lot quicker to answer your question..... mind you calf muscles still sore from friday

chest and tris sore as today and feel hard! so good train last night

unfortunatly had a shitty sleep which resulted in a half assed effort today, i tryd, but lactic acid built up very quick in quads...

hmmm........ yea exercises were a bit out of wack today but all leg press,hacks were done with narrow stance to focus on quads.... it worked.
