couldnt do squats upper body still too sore soo.....

the plate you push weighs nothing by itself right ?? say i had 20kg on each side that would be 40kg not 60 or 80 ?? always wanted to know....

dissapointed with 2days workout, didnt get to do squats or stiff leg deads which i really wanted to do hmmmm, cant win em all ay :evil:

f*ck the leg press dude, start straight on the squats. :twisted:

I was told the leg press stack weighed 20kg, thats why you see little asian men pushing it up and down with nothing on it.

i couldnt do the squats!!!! i wanted to but couldnt :( and ahhh okies, i just take it as it weighs nothing, in that case bump all my weights up by 20kg :D

The weight means nothing to anyone but you anyway... Different machines offer different resistance, different angles, different friction etc. It's only worth keeping track of weight to moniter your own progress rather than comparing lifts. That is unless you're doing this:

now thats impressive!!

so legs mildly sore 2day and jeans are tight so dont feel so bad about leg workout now :)

on another note i think im coming down with a bad cold/flu taken a rest night tonight and stocked up on vitamins so hopefully i can get rid of it quickly, got shoulders 2mo!

Welcome back, looks like your body responded well with the rest being sick busting out some pb's! Shame you have shrunk a bit, how much 1-3kgs??

i dont know, i dont wanna think about it :cry: not sure how much muscle iv lost i tryd to keep protein intake up but couldnt eat that much, will weigh myself 2moro.

was around 85 kg this morning so yea :(
