feel like im gaining atm but i dunno.... still dont think i look any bigger yet, but still got around 9 weeks to go.

diet has been...... well interesting today, lets just say it mainly consisted of protein shakes.... 3x 1200 calorie ones, another 2x1100 calorie meals and a few lil snacks in between.

trained shoulders traps and tris tonight.....

weights were shit so im not gonna bother typing them up. mostly just went for high rep low weight stuff to try get a good pump, think i will avoid wearing singlet/tank tops in gmy frmo now on starting to get oily skin and that roid looking appearance.

solid shakes what do you put in them

muscle juice 4 scoops 1050 cals, 5oomls of blue milk 280 cals, scoop of peanut butter 150-200 cals so its around so its around 14-1500 oops.

so missed training tonight....

was supposed to be doing legs but was attacked by a mosquito last night which left several bites on me which have swollen, 2 look quite bad/infected? and im starting to feel rather sick and fever-ish as well...... might be paying the doctor a visit tomorrow.... :(
