Do some cropped back and leg shots. Then again, if you have your entire physique in the shot that way we can get a better idea of how you're growing and if you're staying in proportion.

trained abs and calves today

3 exercises for each

around 12-15 reps for each set

* 3 sets for each exercise

went as heavy as i could

felt good ! strength up for sureeee, was doing 50kg on decline situps this week think it was 30 last week

recovery is up heaps, feel recovered from chest/tris on monday already and legs are just mildly sore instead of painful.

Definately harder, but i think its a flawed way to do crunches, (with weight) Concentrating on holding that much weight behind your head is not priming the abdominals.. :pfft: :pfft:

Decline sit ups are shit in general IMO.

He wouldn't have to hold much behind his head anyway, cause 50kg on the front is the equivalent to 20kg or less behind the head.
