chest what day u training?

yea chest sounds good, umm monday alright for ya ?

oh and diet today.........

7:chop chop and oats - shit....

10: 250g chicken and rice, nectarine

12:300g steak porterhouse and rice, apple and nectarine

3:250g chicken and rice, banana

workout

cellmass

5:30glut and protein shake

7:200g steak and 4 potatoes, salad and egg.

7:30-10 naptime :wave:

10:30 250g steak and brown rice

to come...

11:30 shake single serve and glutamine

diets been ave today

had white rice for 3 meals....

not big enough servings imo

will improve tomorrow.

Are you asking someone on juice how the creatine is working? :doh: :pfft:

But Seriously Jesses Im using cellmass as well, its a good product, but does give you a bit of a bloated look..... yip Im blaming the cellmass :lol:

umm its allright i guess, didnt help with doms but having it straight after gym if gives you some energy again.

Hmm.. Could that be because of all that sugar it's loaded with? :pfft: :pfft:

Luigi, just a couple of questions concerning your cycle log:

If you're now using to get your physique to the next level of development would it not be prudent to have atleast a failry accurate account of your calories/and macros along with measurements that include girths of chest/arms/waist/thighs/calves/BF etc.

IMO BBuilding is about improving your physique, and proportions, it's not a contest measured by how much weight and or fat you can gain in the off season.

Other than just your subjective views of your physique in the mirror, just curious to see how you are charting your progress, it seems as though to justify the expense that you are spending to improve your physique you would want proof that what you are taking is helping to make a measurable difference to your physique.

As a trainer it shouldn't be too hard to chart these measurements?
