wicked workout today, strength has gone up since last week noticeably and recovery was crazy got whole workout done in less than an hour.

ok 3 weeks in now just shot tonight, right delt

put on 5kgs so far hopefully it will keep going at this rate.

When's Bench press day?

bench press day was today, and i see you moaning in your journal at how your bench is lacking. HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! your miles ahead of me man....

and na 90 is a wee way off yet if were talking dry weight no clothes etc, weighed in at 88 after gym today but that was with clothes on etc.

Bullshit, Im only a little bit ahead of you and Ive got 15kg on you :(

Nice train, the cycles starting to kick in now, expecting big numbers to come up!

Oi luigi thats a pretty mean bench :clap: do you normally train with a bar for your chest presses? I do 40kg DB inclines and 45kg DB flats for 8 and 6 reps, respectively, pretty easy but still find it hard to do 100kg BB flat for even one rep

Maybe just due to differences in physiology, need to work at it a bit more

i used to always do bb bench but have been using the pivot bench coz it feels like im working my chest a lot more but yea its a way different movement, hoping to be doing 140kg flat bb bench by the end of the cycle

* have no idea how much weight 120kg would be on the flat bb bench as pivot bench is way easier.
