So you're better to take Roaccutane before you cycle then?

If you were to go on a cycle would your acne return Nick?

As for upsetting your hormone's in your body, it could do..

If i were to ever go on a cycle? Yes, i would say i would get a full on acne attack covering my neck, face and chest. Not nice, and something i would not risk happening again.

That probably answers the question of would i ever use gear. :D

I had bad acne on my back when I was 16 .... on cycle only got it on my forearms with a few monumental whiteheads occasionally around the body - noticed these more when having binged on some choclate etc.

Just because you had it when you are young doesn't mean you automatically get it when you are old. I also found the acne dissapeared within a few weeks of coming off cycle.

Like you said, you only had acne as a teenager. My acne has reared its head long since my teenage years and would have continued to plague me throughout my adulthood, according to my doctor.

The moral of the story is everyone is different and will react in different way's to certain hormonal changes in their bodies.

today was rest day, thankfully, recovery hasnt improved yet, still sore legs from monday, but i feel like the test is kicking in now so see what happens there.

shot tonight - left quad - nice smooth injection.

diets been pretty shocking today, still getting 250g+ of protein and carbs etc but the food sources have not been great, e.g. had burger king for lunch.... it tasted soooooo goooood :grin:

umm its sitting there...... calling me :lol: but yea probably will, might keep running the test till it runs out too which will end up being 12 1/2 weeks + 4 weeks winny , hoping itll make gains easier to hold onto if i run it a bit longer.

2 and a 1/2 weeks, what ur weight atm ? did you end up keeping much ? you didnt end up doing any pct ay ?

84.5 atm thats what i was 5 weeks ago -500grams. still stronger still horny lol no pct im beginning to believe what the doctor said about pct.. im a bit tired but thats about it think ive already bounced back. im going 2 use pct next cycle as ill be starting fairly soon plus run hcg as if my balls shrink the same amount again theyll dissapear! haha keep an eye on the fellas a!

i could be keen for a train soon a so ill fire you a tx if your keen

he said alot of pct is hype and when your young and for the first couple of cycles you bounce back very quickly, but that pct is however important for really long cycles (all year round kinda thing) but 10-12 weeks at this age you sholdnt have to many issues. im a testament to that . one of my mates has been using for 6 or so years and never used pct and ive gone through exactly what he said..flat for a few days then good as gold.

yeah will do bro. next cycle will be 20-40mg dbol for 4weeks + 500-600mg test cypionate (if i can get my hands on it) or test e for 12-14weeks with hcg to keep the boys happy. keen to try winny but ill see how i go.

ill be starting in the next couple of weeks most likely

1: oats with milk, double serve protein plus 5g glutamine and banana

2: 250g chicken cup brown rice peach

3: 300g scotch fillet cup of rice apple

4: 250g chicken tin of creamed rice banana

Keep it up man, let us know when them weights starting going though the roof. :grin:

yup will do, id say next week or the week after at the latest i should start seeing some decent increases, gonna carb up hard 2night then hit back 2mo with everything!

As for back, how's your head? Do you have your motivation dialled in?

Do you go through your routine in your head, and watch videos etc before you get in there? All these thing's should help to amp you up for an extreme session. PS. that x-rep book is a great read! :grin:
