Hey guys,

Diet seems to be going pretty well - now back into it after Christmas. I was just wondering though what you eat/drink when you get a sugar craving? Or do you just ignore them? It seems to be something I'm struggling with a little at the mo

Thanks,

Nat :P

A chocolate biscuit. Those ones with mandarin-flavoured centres are awesome.

Seriously - the whole biscuit is probably no more than 5-10g, so you're not doing too much harm to the diet, especially post-workout. Just make sure you stop at one. :D

hahahahaha ... stop at one  ... hahahahahah .. stop at ONE! HAHHAHAHAHA ... he said ONE! LOL
