Hey all, i'm 25 and live in auck, my current goals this year are to lose a lot of weight, gain muscle, increase fitness :pray: and compete in the sky tower challenge........ \:D/

Not much else to add other than iv'e been in and out of gyms since I was 13, and have lost huge amounts of weight 3 times (most being 20kg) and needing to do it again!..... although due to my current occupation i'm needing to keep it off this time.......

So good luck to me, this time i'm doing it differently from mostly a home gym, with some training at work of-course......

I look forward to sharing info and tips and getting to know likeminded pers
