500mg test a week and 250mg deca a week. ive had no side effects at all maybe broken sleep but thats it no acne no noteable water retention either.

whats best and worst case scenario if i dont use PCT? my last injection was 2 weeks ago today...

Although you had your last shot 2 weeks ago, the long lasting ester wil still be active in your body. Once this subsides your estrogen level will be sky high which can then lead to problems.

You need to start a SERM or an AI now as TestE has an active life of 15-16 days so you are now in crash territory. 20mg Nolvadex ED would be sufficient for the next 4 weeks. You would need to look at carbergoline - dostinex or bromocriptine for deca sides but I doubt that that will be necessary on your dose.

what progestin sides are possible with deca apart from not getting it up lol?

19Nors - Trenbolone, Deca, Drol, Superdrol etc work at the PR (Progesterone Receptor). Progesterone is a female hormone which is actively produced when pregnant to stimulate the growth of the fetus & activate the prolactin hormone which is involved in lactation. When high doses of 19Nor steriods are used by males you can get progesterone/prolactin induced gyno. This can reflect in puffy, itchy, cone shaped tissue growth around the nipple. Not a good look for a BBer, I can assure you. Other sides are Erectile Dysfunction, loss of libido, delayed ejaculation ( useful if your gf is a nymph) & severe shutdown at the HPTA. - Deca Dick. Normally these can be fairly easily reversed by using Dostinex (my preference or Bromocriptine (more sides but still OK). There is also a new product coming onstream called Pramipexole but I am not sure how effective this is. It is not a cabergoline based drug but it is said that it only reduces prolaction by 50% at the same time raising growth hormones. Usually it is recommended that an AI like Letrozole is used with the caber because prolactin appears to only metabolise in a highly estrogenic state. Personally I think Letro is too strong a drug for use on cycle & that Arimidex is better suited for use with Dost.

I had the products, nolva, clomid however was pretty hap hazard about use and eventually lost the size and strength I gained, lost motivation to train and a lot of weight. Not only that but because of the estrogen/testosterone ratio became emotional and shit. Was breaking up with a psycho at the time so didn’t notice the extra emotion.

I would never contemplate a cycle without having proper PCT management.

It is easy to get steroids and although the ability to gain knowledge is out there to use people rarely use it and chose the needle over proper protocol. My advice to anyone is to research for at least 6 months and have a good understanding before even contemplating a cycle. I have been cycling for 3 years but still have plenty to learn.

Agree with Keats on this issue. A lot of guys, especially rookies, will go on cycle without any consideration for PCT or for estrogen control on cycle. Then there is a fucking panic when they find a lump growing under a nip, or their breast tissue is taking on some ungodly shape. Unfortunately many sources have little regard to their clients ongoing estrogen control, & ancillaries are hard to obtain & are in some cases more expensive than AAS. What guys need to realise is that AAS & estrogen control goes hand in hand & you need to have something around for when you get issues, & you will, or a proper PCT protocol in place for use after your cycle.

Read some stuff on Stasis/Tapering and it makes no sense to me... I had the impression once you'er shut down, you're turned off..... tapering isn't sufficient to kick start the feedback loop.

Whats the final word on this ??

anyone here use stasis instead of PCT ???

suprised at how loose people are on pct here vs overseas boards. ill take it i cant give out sources for serms or ai so ill say this if you value yor cohones look into the testosterone recovery stack or sustain alpha by primodial performance. not cheap but its legal and works

I dont believe primodial performance products would do shit after a heavy anabolic cycle nor block estrogen.

They're pimped something hardout over at elitefitness.com but i guess thats because the mods have a financial interest, but quite alot of reviews ive seen people seem to think they do quite well. Im going to be using sustain alpha and toco8 along with nolva and aromasin for pct of my cycle

Test 600mg weeks 1-12

M-drol 20/20/20/30 weeks 10-14

better safe than sorry

I think its hyped up to be more effective than it actually is. Even the company recommends using Hcg during cycle and 20mg daily of Nolva.

went to visit the doctor(one that looks after quite a few body builders apparantly) to talk about PCT options and what do you know,his advice........ wait for it............ wait for it some more............... and the verdict is................. go cold turkey!!!!!!!! what a novel idea, no pct or anything cause it does not work according to him, well that was a waste off $75 notes, oh well at least i get a free blood test out of it.

No not really.Just listened mostly to what he had to say.Was expecting something abit better than just stop to restore you natural function.I mean most (or should i say the rare few i have read about)clinical studies show good PCT protocal kick starts production alot quicker than cold turkey no PCT.
