I bout 3000mcg and injected it myself.. freaky.., dont quote me but i think you can take up to 12000 mcg a day. and no, no noticable results. I have tried Clen tho and that worked.

unfortunately Human grade B12 3000mcg now costs around $19 so i couldnt afford it. I would like to give it a go in larger quantities, guess you could get animal grade if you were a Vet.. not advising it as i dont know if there are health implications for using animal grade B12..

im contstantly tired, have been since i can remember (and yes done blood tests, nutrition etc etc blah..) so im also interested in that aspect of it too.

BTW it isnt illegal to inject it.

When you say energy and hunger, do you mean? Just generally provides more energy and thus initiates hunger? What's the benefits of injecting it over oral?

oral cant be compared to injectable. injectable is absorbed far far better

lol well obviously, but I mean is it really necessary to inject it? Obviously there is a stigma attached to the idea of injecting yourself, but imo it can be ignored if there is a real noticable benefit- I'd be keen as. But if it's a matter of only a slight noticable improvement in reaction, I think I'll pass- going through the hassle of learning to inject, keeping needles etc just wouldn't be worth it.

if you can get it cheap i believe it would be a great product to use. Another one is flaxseed/borage oil, great for colestrol levels, hair, nails, skin. Especially good if used during a cycle.
