I'm Mitch, a rep from the U.S. for Better Body Sports, we are a distributor and manufacturer of high quality products. I personally am a martial arts instructor, all around gym rat, and just love being a part of the health industry.

I will probably be doing logs of products we have here, giving advice, and info on different threads, and plus, I'm not the most brilliant mind, so I plan on learning a thing or two as well!
