How to get big on a crap budget?

My food intake for the next few months will be something like this (weekly shopping list), same as it was prior to the christmas blowout.

14 Chicken Breasts

7 Cans Salmon

1 Packet Milk Oaties

2kg Kumara

2kg Whole Beans

14 Bananas

2kg Brown Rice

2-3 Dozen Eggs

I might chuck in some rump steak for a treat when its on special or looks good, from time to time you just feel like some red meat. So all up thats not much over the $100 mark just for me, although for the extra $50 a week I would still add in some whey protein to get some easy protein in there. If I was being honest I would say I am probably spending more on supplements a week than on actual food, going hard to gain as much good muscle as possible in the next 4 months and therefore pulling out all stops "NATURALLY".

$2.49 at Mill st really? Clarence st Pak n Sav has it on special for $3.09.

I pretty much live on brown rice and tuna. I think brown rice taste just the same as white but is easier to cook because it doesn't stick together nearly as much.

I also go through a lot of milk, skim milk powder cost around $9.80 for 1kg, that's less than a dollar for 35g protein, I haven't found a cheeper source yet. Drinking milk is a very cheep and easy way to get in extra calories and protein.
