I know a talented young man who frequents this site. At the moment he is going off the rails and is experimenting with light beers and occasional the odd 4 % beer. It has got to the stage where every weekend he will have almost a full 6 pack of light beer.

At this difficult period for him I would like to encourage everyone to direct their postive energy towards him to help him overcome his developing habit.

I'm having my third an final drinking session tonight, then it's back on the straiten arrow for a wile. I fell so guilty when i drink, I need to lighten up. I'ts just that having to work so hard, to put on a lil size, an then doing something that counteracts that, is a worry.

Drinking lowers test, kind of like steroids but in reverse. :pfft:
