hey every one the reason for this statment is only to express my feelings and show some facts that was hidden on purpose from the eyes of the public,

this is moe mossawi Ifbb pro previous MR California and Mr new zealand.

also am a previous committe member in the nzfbb so you know the facts listed bellow are all based on knowledge of the situation.

Fact#1: rascism

in 2003 I was the runner up of the overall nzfbb nathionals behind joe ulberg one point difference and then they chose the team to represent

NZ at the worlds, they chose 1st 3rd 4th and 5th in the overall and they skiped me and when I asked them why and can I go they blamed the judges for this choice and they allowed to represent NZ if I pay my own way .and guys I was the first person to represent NZ in the worlds that came in7th place out of 32 athletes and joe the winner came in 9th and the rest didnot place top 15... when I asked mark stewart the prisident of nzfbb why did I have to pay and the others were fully funded ,He replied you are rich!!!!!!! that is pure bad sportsman ship and complete RACISM

fact#2 hidden agendas

my business xtereme nutrition has been a great support in sponsering all the nzfbb events in the past ( not any more) paid up to 15,000 in the last 2 years and brought lee priest to guest pose in march and also responsible of sponsering many of their athletes .gets neglected and never once listed on the nzfbb website as a sponser when muscle expo and the angeles the company that joe stewart the president wife owns is listed on the site as a sponser and had a stand in every show never once paid any money to the nzfbb ,just ask for the bank statments you will see this is a fact why ?? is the nzfbb inc owned by mark stewart so he can do what he likes and no one can question him???and why when brian mcfarlen was running the nzfbb websit 4 free he was asked to handlt to mark stewart so he gives the site to his step son brad and now he pays for that .check the statments under brad production .. did any one know about this??? is this legal???

Fact #3 personality

early 2005 I asked the president of the nzfbb to apply 4 my pro card thru NZ he first refused though I won the overall 2004 and under the constitution of the IFBB to apply for a pro card you only need to be in good standered with the nzfbb you dont even need to win the nationals but Mr stewart came back to me and offered me to pay $3000 in order for him to apply for me and he did and denied that he did apply or endorsed my application at the last AGM then ladies and jents I called the lebanes federation back in my home town lebanon and asked them to apply 4 my pro card thru lebanon since I won the lebanese nationals and the medeteranian Ifbb championships in eygpt las year so it only end up costing me $200 to get my pro card and I did ..so can you please tell me what kind of person is the nzfbb president????

fact#4 money problems

the nzfbb is in dept of 60,000 result of actions of one man so every one knows other committe members has no say on how to spent the money that the nzfbb makes ,mark stewarts right cheks and spent the money without no authorization of any one of his committe members when this should be illegal.shows makes money and he shows no profit and some times loss on his statments when I assure you every show makes money and if it was not why does he refuse to allow any one else to run the shows in Auckland and whey shows in smaller cities like willington ,hamilton are making profit ,just look at the # of sponsers on the competition posters and consider each one of them $500 the least they pay and do the math ,then count the # of people that shows up to the morning show $10each and the night show $20 each and do the math again and take out $2000 to rent the venue and few more thousands for other expenses ,you will find out the sows are making money so wher is it???when the federation is 60,000in dept !!!!and who is responsible????

when was the last time you found the prisident of the nzfbb promoting the sport and encourging people to get involved and compete so instead of having 100 people competing we only have 18 in the lrecent shows !!

why dont he admit he is not the right person for this job in any way and he resigns , why doesnt he admit when he took over from his best friend that he stabbed in the back (phil hope and asked him for his resignation which the man had enough pride and he steped down) the federation had over $30,000 in the bank always and after he became the prisident I mean mark stewart the federation is in 60,000 dept ???

so who ever love this sport as much as I do please let us get together and change this situation ,

we will be calling for a special meeting to change the recent situation soon

unless you kiss mark stewart ass you get no where

in my opion if a person wants to compete overseas and is a member

of the nzfbb and pays his own way he should be able too

not be told by the president you have to compete here and then we will see how good you are ( or kiss my ass )

or stand behind the president at one show and listern him talk to a compettier who is fat and not in shape if you enter next time you will win

One of my team members competed at the nationals and was picked by almost everyone to be in the top three but didnt make it in the top six. She knows some of the judges and asked them what the story was and they stated that she indeed should of been up there but other ladies on stage had been members for longer and needed to be rewarded for trying so hard and entering so many comps. This was my friends first time at the nationals and she had only done one regional before that. We made it knowen that judging should be on the body not on how much money you have spent with the nzfbb and decided that we would go to nabba instead.

Thats when the greasing started and my friend decided to do another comp with the nzfbb as advised by committee members and judges. and quess what, she placed first over and over again.

What happened to the honest judging and rules back when I competed?

It was all about the body and the hard work done to get to the stadium.

None of our team is competing this year because we have had enough.

Hmmmm Ree I find that very hard to beleive to be honest with you, I know most of the NZFBB judges personaly and have myself been a guest judge at quite a few shows, and it is with this experiance that I know the judges dont judge shows with the veiw you described.Judges only see the body in esseance and not the person,it is only in the routine round do you see the individual and usually then it is still as a body first and then the person, and as we know placeings before this round are pretty much cemented.You know this sport is a very objectional one and ones personal opinion can be totaly different than the next, it is not as if the winner in our sport has to cross the line first or score the most goals, its reliant on total opinion thats all, which leaves alot of room for sour grapes, and non aggreance, but thats the nature of the beast, hell I beleived Flex Wheeler should have won the Olympia at least twice but he never did, I beleive Dorrian shouldnt have won his last Olympia but he did!!Who,s right who,s wrong?? If you are not happy with the judgeing fix it, BECOME A JUDGE, the NZFBB need more judges, so fix it, dont run away from it!!

I too found it hard to believe and approached one of the judges who I have knowen well, for over 15 years. He said the judging in this particular season was rotten, and disagreed with what the judges had done but said they had done that in a few comps that year.

I am a personal trainer and I now tell my clients to compete wherever they want, where before I only went with the NZFBB.

Just view other sites and you will see the amount of people that have lost faith in the nzfbb.

It is sad but true.

Ree, if it is true , it is a extremly sad state indeed, I personaly have never witnessed such a situation, there have been many shows that i have said to myself "hey thats not the way i saw the standings"(Nzfbb and Nabba) but i think every one can say that some where along the way, but yes i do agree the NZFBB has had a bad year to date, actualy bodybuilding over all this year hasnt been mind blowing,what with decling numbers,bad depts, poor media coverage,drug charges and convictions and sponcership losses, but in all honesty if we desire change we have to promote change, and in some cases force change, I hope you let the Nzfbb no your stance on this situation you found your self faced with, and followed up on it to make sure it was addresed and delt with, lets hope the lattter part of this years compettitive season gets better !

It needs to be noted that all this stuff got raised just prior to the SGM after Nationals in 2005. There was a lot of accusations made against Mark Stewart, his family and other Execs - none of which proved to be true.

Sure there has been "bad blood" between some people in the NZFBB for a long time now, and a lot of unneccessary and unjustified rumours made about various people.

I've always had the utmost respect for Mark as a person and as President, Judge and Event Organiser for the NZFBB. Moe continues to be a significant contributor to the NZFBB, especially financially. IMO the fact that these guys seem to be getting on so well now should be praised - ultimately they have put their personal differences aside for the better of the NZFBB and bodybuilding in general.
