Gidday Guys

Just found your web-site and keen to get some input on gaining mass. I competed last season, won Masters Athletic in BOP, 3rd Noice Athletic in Hamilton and 3rd Masters Athletic at the Nationals. Now I need to step things up. Body weight off seasons around 75 kg, inseasons 67-68 kg, seems abit light to me lol.

Eating clean as, managed to get my body fat down to 5-6%, will be pushing harder next time. Training 5 days aweek, got some good guys pushing me, that really helps. Im self empolyed and have a solid family behind me and a wife thats into sports, so anythng you guys can offer I'd really appreciate.
