Hey everyone just wishing all you guys and gals a merry xmas and a happy new year, hope you all have a wicked time off from work hopefully not to much time off from training though :pfft:

Hope you all have you goals or new years resolutions already, mines to put some good soild lean muscle on my frame, and get my strength and fitness right up there.

I've over eaten and had two naps today! Thanks mods and posters - the forums have been insipring and fun this year. I've learnt a lot here ... especially ... that there are a whole bunch of ways to achieve the same goal! Best wishes to you all
