The supplement companies have been pushing that shit for years bro .... don't waste your money. .... there is a lot of hype and has been for years but no scientic evidence.

why would you invest your funds in a "what if" and not a "for sure"?

Stick to the basics - if there was any significant benefit in supplementing coQ10 it would have become mainstream over a decade ago. There are a whole raft of things you can take that get real results before looking to this - and how do you know you are deficiant? benefits of anti oxidants are more profound on the elderly due to deficiencies in dietry intake and other age related conditions.

I'm not knocking antioxidants as there is enough trials out there that have shown benefit - grape seed and green lipped muscle extract.

I had a feeling it would be 'not for sure' product.

I guess the worse things about things like that is a placebo effect. I wouldnt know whether it was working or not would I?
