clean bulking... is this even possible

atmo am 8% -10% bf. want to bulk up a bit without losing condition. Is this possible? what sort of bf is realistic when massing. I am 78 want to get to 85kg and still 8-10%bf.

i plan on taking creatine

should i take mass gainer WPC/WPI

or pure isolate and just add malto/dexxtrose myself + eat more pasta?

are you 8% -10% bf through alot of hard work or is that where you tend to sit at all the time

if you sit there most of the time you need to eat more or do less. Yes you can clean bulk but realistically you will gain fat and muscle at the same time.

I recommend increasing to 14% drop back to 12% .... repeatedly until you are ready to rip. Higher body fat range will make you stronger and recover faster. just don't blow your conditioning out by hit 15+% ... much hard to pull back in.

I would forget about b/f and just aim to eat as much quality food as possible (and then some more) and train as hard as possible. This should be all you want to achieve imo, to cause muscle growth. Lots of food and excess calories equates to strong workouts with no lack of energy, and excellent recovery for muscle repair and growth.

Just eat as clean but as much as possible (and then some more) and you can be sure that whatever bf you end up at the end of the bulking phase you can be stoked knowing that you put on as much mass as humanly possible.

If your diet during bulking isn't that flash your body will likely fatten and you can be pissed knowing that you put on too much fat and have a long hard road ahead to drop it all off :twisted:
