TRT

Hello this is my first post and I know its a bit out there, but I have exausted all other avenues I can think of.

I am 20 years old, about nine months ago I went to see my doctor because I literally had/have no sex drive. Also over this last year I have gone from 85kg down to 74.No matter what I do,weightlifting, eating more calories,I cant put on any weight or muscle.

Anyway nine months ago,I told my doctor all these things and I had some blood tests done,Total testosterone, thryroid hormones, liver enzymes etc

they all come back in the "normal" reference range. What caught my attention was my total testosterone which was 12 nmole/litre,the normal range is 10-30 nmole/litre.My total test was still in the "healthy" range so of course my doctor didn't do shit. But I told him I was also having some serious depression,he prescibed some prozac but it didn't do shit.

I had some more bloods done 1 month ago,total testosterone 13 nmole/litre

Now I know you guys know as well as I do,a total testosterone of 12/13 nmole/litre is some serious bullshit.

I called this clinic called the alpha clinic and receptionist told me the doctors does not work there anymore.

My question is wtf do I do now

Apologise if my last post was a bit vague,I was using the internet at the public library and it was about to close,so I was in a rush.

As mentioned,I found out about this place called the alpha clinic which was supposed to have a doctor there who specialized in testosterone replacement therapy, but this doctor does not work there anymore. If anyone knows of this place,do you know if the doctor is still in the country.

I have been reading steroid forums like elitefitness.com,steroid.com,steroidology.com,anabolicminds.com,for the last nine months, and I believe I have a reasonable amount of knowledge on anabolic steroids.Regardless of what any one says, including doctors,Im going to start injecting testosterone very soon, whether legally or illegally.

Ive tried countless different natural test boosters like, mega dose tribulus, tongkat ali 1:200 extract from indonesia and many other herbals.Ive tried megadose ZMA,countless multivitamins, acupunture, tai chi and even meditation. My diet is pretty good, all I eat everyday is meat, vegetables, and drink water,no junk food whatsoever. After all of this sex drive is still very low, very difficult to put on any muscle no matter how hard I train, contstant fatigue and depression, and nothing the doctor says or prescribes helps at all.

I guess Im just looking for any advice before I go down the path of no return.

sounds like you have already made up your mind to do it.at 20 years old there must be something causeing the problem and by injecting test you will just be covering up the problem.

just a stab in the dark but overtraing can lower test levels and cause depression

I called the NZ Mens clinic, the receptionist asked me my test level,I told her 12 nmole/litre,she said since I was still in the "healthy" range there wasn't anything they could do.I am sick of pissing around with doctors and bullshit herbalists. At 20 years old,my natural testosterone levels should be at there highest,if 13nmole/litre is my highest, wtf have I got to lose.

Thanks for all the advice guys.I was planing on going all out and starting on 500mgs test enanthate a week, but I might just start off on 250mgs and see how I go from there. My first priority is to increase sex drive and hopefully relieve some of this depression, but I definitely want to put some solid muscle on in the near future.

Also, since I dont plan on ever stopping TRT,would it still be advisible to keep some nolvadex or other anti estrogen on hand, why I ask this is because to my knowledge,if a doctor were to put you on TRT,I dont think he would prescibe any anti estogen.

250mg's will increase your sex drive as well as put some mass on you. I first started on sus 250mg for my first cycle and put on 10kg in about 6 weeks. Keep your diet clean and invest in some fish oil caps and a good multi. Get your bloods done reguarly and you should be fine..

What you need to be aware of is that TRT @ the recommended dose of 200-250mg PW is only maintenance & barely suppreses the HPTA. Some docs will prescribe even less than that. Proviron works well in a TRT environment. If you plan on using gear to build muscle & endurance & strength, my opinion is that you should be going for around 500mg PW of say TestE. Perhaps, if you are new to AAS you might start with a course of OTC test boosters with an aromitase inhibitor built in like 6OXO Extreme. There are a number these available from US supp companies & normally gets through NZ boarders. Then you have a chance of increasing natty test levels & supressing estrogen which could be a bit high. It is a big decission to comit to a lifetime on TRT. I would persue all the other options before going there.

I appreciate your input bro.I have spent many thousands of dollars on all sorts of herbals and natural test "boosters" with zero results.Your post indicates to me that you did not read my previous posts clearly.I have already named a few things I have tried to naturally boost my test levels, and thats not even half of the things I have tried.I can only talk from my own personal experience but all these "natural" methods haven't done jack for me,they all promise the same things ie Only one formula is scientifically proven to INCREASE YOUR STRENGTH within three to four days, super intense workouts, prolonged endurance and stamina, our propriety blend of super potent natural herbs harvested from an amazonian rain forest, will put your sex drive through the roof OVER NIGHT!!!

Complete and utter bullshit.

I have made up my mind now,I am prepared to inject test for the rest of my life.

Some guys have no sex drive no matter how much test is in the system. Injecting test probably isn't going to do jack for you as your test levels already normal. I'd say either your receptors are shit, or maybe you've got unusually high amounts of SHBG so your body can't utilise the test you're producing. Injecting more is just going to mean you've got more unusable test in your system.

Either that or it's not Test effecting you at all. What came first - the depression or reduced sex drive? Did anything else coincide with the time your sex drive went awol - change in living or work environment, stress, family issues, substance use/abuse, prescription meds etc

SSRI's like Prozac can reduce sex drive so that's probably not going to help much with getting things working. It's also a great weight loss aid - is all the weight you lost just since you've been on prozac?

What makes you think it's something to do with Test causing the problems?

DISCLAIMER: I am NOT reccomending this, I am simply copy pasting info from another board.

A long term competitor/nutritionist who is an older bloke made the following post for those who need to "lower" test a bit more just before they get their blood work done so the doctors can give you a jab without having a fit.

When he talks about levels being in 100's I forget the conversion units but its American talk.

"It's not really simple to get the test levels really really low and drive them into the 100's or so to get an endo or primary care guy to really pay attention...meaning you guys doing this will have to suffer a lot for a few days and it kinda breaks all bodybuilding rules-you are going to have to under eat and over train lots of sets and reps and lots of cardio for a few days and stay up late and get up early getting very little sleep you also need to get the levels checked in the afternoon when they are the lowest and you are going to have to drink some alcohol at least the night before the test if not 2-3 nights-yuck-o hangover headache time-o!

This isn't medical advice just a few tricks and trades I have seen guys use. I won't recommend reckless advice like some do of taking a few of your girls birth control tabs or illegal Steroids to further suppress test levels as I think that is really giving out medical advice the other (what I wrote) is let's just say hypothetical advice on how to over stress your body enough to lower the already low test levels. "
