Newbie Sidetracked

Hi everyone im new to this kind of thing, guess its good for that extra bit of motivation, Went over to brisbane working holiday didnt know anyone so i hooked up at the gym went from 118kg 2 88kg in eight months well the plan was lose the fat, bulk up, then cut up, back in aucks now got lazy and sidetracked looked in the mirror damn 8 months later gone up to 112kg (and not the good stuff lol) But making a come back got to stay stick to the plan this time. :twisted:

MON-THUR (20 min jog for cardio each day)

*Chest

*Back

*Shoulders

*Arms

SAT

All the Above, no cardio it gets boring by now something to look forward to on monday.

Thats alright bro i got beefy legs from the old man through genes so i dont bother really just gonna do cardio to shape em up

if theyre big and u dont train them imagine whatl hapen when u do.

better yet look down, legs are about 1/2 your body, you wont be doing yourself any fatloss favours by neglecting them
