I'm not sure if it is just because I have had a break from protein bars or what, but this is not as good as I was hoping. It is probably the sweetest protein bar I have had... but not in a good way, because I know that sweet taste ain't coming from anything natural haha. 18g of sugar alcohols so only 1g of impact carbs.

Quite dry and crumbly, definately need a big drink of water with this one. I had heard good things about the toasted coconut flavour of these bars though.

I am also a ware of this as well but most of the time I would have a protein bar when I am out or like when I go to the rugby or cricket also the same for when I am flying to were ever that may be to.
