looks like you have all the advice you need form others and some great advise too

i see some have said give up the sex

you dont want to go down the dbol road then

youll be busting your nuts 4 times a day if you take that stuff

probably not dettering you from it now....

good going nz muscle, here's what my diet is at the mo, might give you a couple of ideas.

7.00am

protein shake

8.00am

whole eggs

oats

10.00

protein shake with oil

11.30

tuna

wholemeal bagels

piece of fruit

1.45pm

steak

basmati rice

piece of fruit

3.00pm

protein shake with oil

4.30pm

chicken

kumara

veg

small tub yoghurt

6.30pm

white fish

slices of granary bread

cottage cheese

8.30pm

egg whites

oat cakes

10.30pm

protein combo shake

I change my diet every couple of months and include as many different types of good foods as I can. Every Saturday I eat what I want. =P~ A bodybuilding diet does not have to be tasteless and boaring. Good luck with your goals. :)

throw in some protien for meals 1 2 and 4

and maybe ditch the energy bars and energy drinks for meals 2 and 4

have maybe brown rice or pasta instead and some good carbs meal 3 too

just eat more buddy and every 3 hours

train as hard and heavy as you can with good rest periods and if you eat more you will grow in weeks.

by the way its easy to sort out meals the night before for the following day

cook up a big pot of brown rice and divide in plastic containers for the next day

or bake lots of potatoes and have those

add steak or chicken to these meals too.

it gets cheper than energy bars and energy drinks too when your meals are pre-pepared

also with more fuel you will find your weights at the gym increase and you start feeling a lot stronger too...

let us know how you get on in maybe 4 weeks with your weight gain

but like all the others have said eat and eat

Do you realise he has been away for 4 years and has come back larger .... and I am certain he eats more than he posted on page 1 :)
