Well you probabley not going to like what ive got to say.

What is your reasoning for wanting to stick with orals?

Ha Ha!! Doesn't want to have to jab himself in the ass of course!!

How many newbies have you heard say "I want to try gear but only orals"?

Most of the guys I know that 'move' gear have to factor in the price of having to do the shots for people cause they cant do it themsleves.. :pfft:

Have to do the shots for people ? thats pretty sad !!

I think its a frightening experience for someone who has never injected anything - let alone themselves. Not the sort of thing you want to f##k up on your first go.. Also reduces their risk of having the stuff at home where their partner / wife / children can find it.

Each to their own, I'm not judging.. :wink:

So you mean they come around everytime the person needs a shot and brings the gear with them? Not just the first one or to show them correct procedure?

Actually I think the guy that want the stuff buys the total amount and comes around at a scheduled day and time. Just like you would do at a doctors.

Dude charges plenty for it but the guy buying doesnt have the stress of making sure the shots are done properly nor keeping the stuff at his house.

Yeah i can some merit in this method.

One way to make you better is to eat heaps, more than your eating now, a good rule i use to do was to have 6 meals a day which you are doing but you should eat more protein and each meal you should eat so much until you almost feel sick and your stomach feels sore and swallon, this may be exteme but you will be diefinilty geeting mroe than you need, also have heaps of protein powders but you must take them with every meal, (6 times a day) and stuff that is high calrioe i.e Mega Mass 2000 or 5000 but also make sure that you are lifting big weights and doing less cardio activites, if your a true hardgainer i would give up sex too :)

The give up sex was more of a joke, but in the reference to eating more than you need is just a sure way of adding mass, people often think they are eating enough when they actually arent, but you dont have to go to this extreme but it did work for me. I also knew a guy (he was an islander) and he use to say "eat everything and anything", this guy would eat icecream in 2 litre servings, kfc often and would bulk up as big as possible then just diet for 4 months of the year and he was big and lean round that time, but me personally wouldnt advocate eating that much icecream and kfc

Young people are very arrogant and stubborn and it is all the more evident in teenagers. They all think it's the more time in the gym working biceps the bigger you'll get but that's not true at all.

I myself use to think this way back when i was 16 years old (last year) and i put on around 9kgs in 6 months but mostly muscle then since the 20th of August when i renewed my Membership i've gone from 85kgs to a bulking 94 - 96kg and growing, that's in just over a month and a half.

I eat lots and that's why, i mean most bodybuilding diets consist of minimal fat intake while maintaining clean carbs and high protein. BUT where are the diets for skinny teenagers? theres hardly any. Most diets are aimed at overweight middleaged men, just look at informercials.

Don't hesitate to eat what you see, when you walk into the kitchen make a plan to eat consistently so prepare something like a big bowl of oatmeal and throw one or two eggs in (including yolk) along with a scoop of protein powder and top it off when you serve it with two tablespoons of sugar and two or three chopped bananas. By the end of that you should be full and think thats your meal finished.....but NO, if you haven't spewed then you haven't finished. Go and grab two apples and chuck them down then walk around and grab 2 - 4 slices of toast with peanut butter and get them down then go grab some pear slices in a can and keep eating until you're full then about an hour later go take a shit then straight after head back into the kitchen and repeat. Don't be afraid to eat, eat and eat and it doesn't have to be healthy foods either just stay away from lollies/chocalate/sweets/mcdonalds and crap like that.

Hope that helps, you don't need steriods.

Just thought I'd drop a note that I never took the steroids, and am now almost 22. Finished growing at 6'3", and currently weigh 217lbs, or about 97kgs. Stuck to the protein shakes and a few test boosting supps now and then. I found Animal Stak to be an incredibly effective supplement, I was definately able to push myself further during workouts whilst taking it.

Stuck to the protein shakes and a few test boosting supps now and then. I found Animal Stak to be an incredibly effective supplement, I was definately able to push myself further during workouts whilst taking it.

Fantastic feedback nzmuscle. You have made great progress in those 4 years & now is your opportunity to look into performance enhancing drugs if you have a desire to take things further. You have a good base to work from & the knowledge of training & nutrition to enable you to move forward to the next step. You can be an example to other young guys.

throw in some protien for meals 1 2 and 4

and maybe ditch the energy bars and energy drinks for meals 2 and 4

have maybe brown rice or pasta instead and some good carbs meal 3 too

just eat more buddy and every 3 hours

train as hard and heavy as you can with good rest periods and if you eat more you will grow in weeks.

by the way its easy to sort out meals the night before for the following day

cook up a big pot of brown rice and divide in plastic containers for the next day

or bake lots of potatoes and have those

add steak or chicken to these meals too.

it gets cheper than energy bars and energy drinks too when your meals are pre-pepared

also with more fuel you will find your weights at the gym increase and you start feeling a lot stronger too...

let us know how you get on in maybe 4 weeks with your weight gain

but like all the others have said eat and eat
