If you are in New Zealand you definately want a reliable and accurate measurement of the meat found here.

This is a great book that you should get your hands on!

http://www.crop.cri.nz/home/products-se ... /index.php

It has nutrient breakdown for just about every food you can think of that we get in New Zealand, always handy to have a copy if you want to look something up.....its not a huge book just a catalogue of sorts with tables etc.

I havent been able to find something better online in NZ but someone might prove me wrong.

Don't know how much variance there is but prob not best to use online food database info from other countries as meats could be slightly different??

Hope that helps!
