some weeks ill eat up to 60 whole eggs, never noticed anything bad and dosent make me get fat like some people would think.

can get a bit yuk sometimes though but thats what the sauce is for

Mint, I love eggs...

I was under the thought that to bulk you need to eat lots of meat and veg but clearly there is other ways to do it...

cheap as aswell if your eating whole eggs.

i drink anchor extra milk. Its got 11.5g protein per serve(200ml), i drink bout 600ml at a time. bout 4 bucks for 2L.

To bulk, just get your daily requirements of CHO,PRO,FATs :D

Some sources of PRO are much more bio-available to the body, much like whey and egg white, where the body doesn't have spend so much time trying to break the food down to get the nessicary nutrients. Meat is still a great source of protein, but in my 1st year of training i basically got all my daily protein from whey, and i put on a solid 8kgs of muscle. ;)

Non Competition Season Weight gain eating:

On non workout days: Oats and Eggs for Breakfast, Skim Milk Powder as a Meal Replacement for morning tea, Tuna and either Brown Rice, Kumara or Oats for lunch, 2nd MRP Shake mid afternoon, Whey and oats for late afternoon meal. Meat(Steak/Chicken plus Brown Rice/Kumara and heaps of veges for dinner and Whey plus nuts for supper.

On workout days: Banana plus whey(pre workout), Milk Powder plus dextrose or other simple sugar post workout, Tuna and oats 1 hour later, MRP, Tuna Lunch, Oats and Whey late afternoon, Same dinner and supper.

If I feel like a sleep in on the weekends i'll get up and throw back a whey shake with a Banana then have an egg/oat breakfast later.

These foods form the basis of my eating and are all pretty affordable(eggs, Tuna and whatever lean meat is on special at Mad Butchers).

All looks pretty good to me..

I was concerned with a change in situation but there is no reason I can't keep my bulk going...

5kg in 6 weeks I am happy with but I know things will slow down as it won't be lean gains.

So this weekend I will be buying lots of bread, tuna, eggs and milk. I did think about the gallon of milk a day but that could get expensive lol

Don't forget the whey. Skip the full fat milk and just go for skim milk. low fat, and it tastes good after a month ;)

I normally take my whey with skim milk, tastes better IMO.. I only take it with water right after a workout for faster absorbtion.
