What do you eat??

If your not near any cooking facilities what is it you eat through the day to make sure you get the needed calories.?????

I am bulking at the moment and have gone from 68kg to 73kg in the last 6 weeks, fairly clean to but being the weight I am I'm not too fussed about a little fat...

Anyway, my normal meals have been the likes of a can of tuna on toast for the smaller meals and lunch is 200g of steak with a cup of green veges and two cups of potatoe.

I have the next 5 weeks working on site with nothing to cook with or even heat meals up with, I can't even do toast...

Whos got some ideas that will give me the calories I need but maybe in the form of sandwiches because I can't see any other way....

If you were an ecto in this situation, what would you eat??

its pretty self-explanatory....

and SM i get from foodtown in new lynn

my local foodtown haha. um why would you eat a can of pie filling though, isnt it like pure sugar?

no its not pure sugar its pure goodness especially with mct oil in it mmmm lol

Um get a shaker and take protein shakes, canned tuna, chop chop chicken, canned beans and veges.

Wow, I have a snooze on the couch and this thread goes nato...

Couple of good ideas but I am a little concerned about "pie filling"... What is in it?

I have thought about carrying a cooler bag with precooked food but not a fan of eating cold steak and potatoe etc..

Anyone got some recipes for high calorie sandwiches?

just make some caramel slice and eat that :nod: lol.

what about, bread, avo, mayo/mustard and chicken slices or something, salady stuff.. i dunno.. if I were you I'd just eat cold chicken and tuna and raw veges... protein bars/shakes...

I guess I will be stocking up on the good stuff aye...

some weeks ill eat up to 60 whole eggs, never noticed anything bad and dosent make me get fat like some people would think.

can get a bit yuk sometimes though but thats what the sauce is for

Mint, I love eggs...

I was under the thought that to bulk you need to eat lots of meat and veg but clearly there is other ways to do it...
