Body Building Books??

Recommended Posts

You cannot go without Arnold's New Encyclopedia for body building.

Great book.... you'll learn your muscle names, some new ex's perhaps and all the typical old school high volume stuff.

If you have interest in powerlifting or olympic lifting, this book has nothing for you.

But either way I consider it a great addition to my library.

It's not over training if you sleep 10 hours a day, only body build, use a decent amount of drugs and have superior genetics

But yes, working out twice a day, 6 days a week hitting each muscle up to 3 times a week with high volume stuff....
