I workout heaps but my diet isn't the best, I try though. I'm 178cm 91kg and ~23% bodyfat. Been going to the gym for about three years now, woke up one day and thought if I dont get onto this beer gut soon I never will. I started getting more serious with my weights over the last six months. Not aiming to compete just enjoy working out and improving my physique.
