hold down 'alt' and then press 'prt sc' (print screen)

this copies the screen so you can paste it.

then go START/PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/PAINT ---

when the paint program opens hit the edit tab and press 'paste'

edit how you want and then save as jpg

done
