Currently am training hard, 5 days a week, eating clean as. bf slowly dropping, strength increasing so generally things are coming along nicely, tho for the effort i put into my training and eating i would like to see faster/ more substantial gains. Am currently using balance whey, just started with balance creatine monohydrate, and i also use gaspari superpump. The whey is great, not an issue. Also my superpump is nearly finished, so i am planning to try isa morph instead. (for the record superpump works great, but tastes gross and just wana try something diff). the thing is that ive tried creatine before, and never felt any diff. im nearly through my loading phase, but dont feel as though it contributes to the progression i am making. I am thinking of trying a test booster INSTEAD of the creatine, am wanting recommendations for test boosters people have tried and found worked well.

age 25, male, 72kgs, bf14-15%

am looking at biotest tribex gold?????

first of all flamer, where to get that supp? its not on punch or nzmuscle?but the brand is. training done over 4 days, but i go 5 days a week and just rotate the 4 days. legs, chest&tris, back and bis, shoulder and abs. Though i do some ab work every session. Happy with most of my workouts, but the one im not happy with is my shoulder, so il post that as an example so that you guys can critique. warmup is just some rotator cuff movements and a few light as sets....

front db raise 3 sets 8-10 reps

side db raise 3 sets 8-10 reps

barbell shrugs 3 sets 8-10 reps

shoulder 'dips' 3 sets 15 ( saw on you tube haha)

db shoulder press 3 sets, first set 6-8, rest 8-10

ive tried using the smith machine for presses but it gives me a sore shoulder, not sure why but best avoided. i really need to work my traps, so if someone is keen to post up a shoulder session that would be better im open! now diet. heres a normal day of the week:

0330 1cup oats, 1 banana, 1/2cup trim milk, serve protein,tbs flaxseed

0630 90g tuna, 3/4 cup brown rice, 200g mixed vege

0930 same as 0330 except apple not banana, no flaxseed

1200 protein shake, 100ml trim, rest water

0100 take superpump/creatine finish work around 100/130, 1/2 hour drive to gym.

Workout

post w/out shake, tbs flaxseed, protein shake with 100ml trim milk, banana,

handful of plain fruit and nuts

1800 dinner 200g beef/chicken, stirfry veges. no sauce, just pepper or steak seasoning on beef.

2000 protein shake

pretty damn clean i think!??

Ive read studies that show that a diet high in fat increases your natrual test.so in saying that you could have 6 whole eggs in the morning instead of a shake which would give u plenty of protein, fat.plus you haveing 5 shakes a day if i counted right so 1 less wouldnt hurt

u could swap front raises for upright rows they hit shoulders and traps.add excersie for rear delts aswell.

something like this

presses

side laterals

bent laterals(rear delts)

upright row

shrugs
