stats are as follows,

age:21

weight:86kg

my diets kinda getting there but looks like this

breakfast protein shake and rolled oats

meal 2 chicken sandwich on wholemeal bread

meal 3 protein shake and piece of fruit

meal 4 tin of tuna mixed with salad

meal 5 some sort of meat usually steak,chicken or fish with mixed bean salad

oh and protein shake after workout
