Nope, was training hard, diet is sorted, basic supplements 100% whey eas, L glutimine, 12 hour protien at night, kre alkyline.... on that stack for awhile then decided to add the Morph (only thing that changed ) and the strength gains were very decent plus a pritty good pump. I know the advertising on morph is alittle rediculas (well alot ) and are very off putting. But seriously this is an awesome product

Yeah i try to stick to the basics and keep it at that but every now and then i get the urge to try something new (usually something to rev up my workouts) in this case i was sent a few sample of morph and was impressed so i got a bottle. In saying that the biggest (natural) guys i know take nothing other than protien, glutimine and bcaa's so there you go.

better off putting that money towards good food i reckon. although supplements like that can be good for motivation

Sorry of the topic but this is sometimes true, if you spend to much money on overhyped supps you could end up going to gym more and eating correct so that you make sure to get the most out of your supps.

Because you go more to gym and eat correct not to waste your money paid for the supps you can see some difference in your physique after a while.

And the next day you say new "XYZ Extreme AnaABC" works like hell!!!!

Basically the truth is because New Zealand food standards are so strict, anything that even remotely promotes an increase in testosterone are banned faster than you can say, 'wow that supp works!'

You're better to spend more money on 'good' foods, and the basic supps that have had plenty of research to back that they actually 'work'. Like,

Whey Protein

Creatine Monohydrate

L - Glutamine

BCAA's

Hope this helps,

Yea animal test pac definitely does increase you test levels, in fact, half the pills in the pac are to counter act the side effects. DHT blockers, Cortisol inhibitor, liver detoxifies. One side effect I notice is I'm more prone to getting acne wile on this product, an as you guys know roids can also have this side effect.

If you're prone to getting acne, (as i am also) then any increase in testosterone will probably lead to an increase in acne on the skin. It makes sense really. Try seeing a dermatologist to give you something to counter-act this. They charge around $90 for a 5 minute visit but the subscription for products like 'isotretoin' (a powerfull dose of vitamin D) will clear any acne up over a six month period. :D

Wouldn't the same arguments you made against early steroid use also stand for pro-hormones, Bluto?

(That's a genuine question, not an attack, BTW)

Definintly, I know some prohormones had a reputation of being worse than real orals for side effects, and because they were legal people were over using them big time in America.

Saying that though I really dont know much about them. A few people at my gym have been saying how good Novedex is and have made real gains so was wondering if anybody on here had been using it. Halodrol Liqudgels will be available here very soon too.

Novedex is supposed to be a anti-estrogen though not a AAS or PH, so im not sure on its side effects.

Bluto,

wont any anti oestrogen which works supress your oestrogen levels and in turn not stimulate your leidig cells into producing test over the course of time?

or have i got that feed back loop wrong ?

on a side note, i never believed in tribulus etc, but tried it recently... I think it definitely worked.. I found recovery better for a while and my sex drive went from "2x15 to 4x30 lol (number of times per day x amount of time each session)
